In the town centre you will find quaint shops, restaurants and cafes all nestled next to the River Coquet that runs through the centre itself. Our next stop is the town of Hexham. This town sits on the south bank of the River Tyne with the famous Hadrian’s wall close by. This cultural town is home to art galleries, museums and unique shops. We will return to the hotel in time for the evening meal.

Bamburgh Castle is our first stop today, explore one of the most impressive castles in England. The castle sits perched on the rocks at the edge of the sea, giving magnificent views of the Farne Islands. We will spend the afternoon in the beautiful
Lindisfarne (timings will depend on the tides of the causeway) before returning to the hotel in time for the evening meal.
