Windsor Castle & Tea on The Thames

Two nights dinner, bed & breakfast at the Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road

Day 1- Once all passengers have been collected from their designated pick up points we will make our way to the Royal Borough of Windsor, home of one the oldest and largest occupied castles in the world. The Royal Borough has everything you would want for a great day out. Find a wealth of history and tradition surrounding the castle itself, high street and independent retailers, restaurants, cafes, bars and even lush parklands. We will continue to the hotel in time for the evening meal.

Day 2 – Our Royal appointment this morning is at Windsor Castle. Spend the morning exploring the castle and state rooms of the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Visit Saint George’s chapel and walk in the footsteps of the great monarchs that have married there. Audio guides are available and are free for you to use. This afternoon we make our way to Windsor Promenade for our luxury tea cruise. Sail past local landmarks favoured by royalty as you sit back and relax whilst being served a classic afternoon tea, presented on traditional three tier cake stands to really make this journey something special.

Day 3 – Today we leave the Royal borough behind and make our way back to Lincolnshire. We will call at Cambridge en-route. The city is full of history and culture, with free time you may wish to take a Punt on the River Cam or visit one of the many museums. We will return all passengers to their original boarding points.

** Please note that Windsor Castle is fully operational. Entry to the State Rooms and Chapel can be cancelled at short notice**
