Norfolk Broads

Four nights dinner, bed & breakfast at the Holiday Inn Norwich

Day One – Once we have collected all passengers from their agreed pick up point we will begin our journey to Norfolk. There will be time for you to explore Norwich or grab some lunch before we make our way to the hotel.

Day Two- Today we make our way to Holt for a journey on the North Norfolk Railway to the seaside town of Sheringham. Take a stroll along the promenade lined with traditional beech huts overlooking the award winning beach. With museums, shops, cafes and restaurants this former fishing village has something for everyone.

Day Three – Sandringham House is our destination for today. Delve into the history of this country house frequented by the royals of years gone by and today. Sandringham House is the country haven for King Charles & Queen Camilla. Built in 1862 the gardens now house 60 acres of gardens and St Mary Magdalene Church.

Day Four – Today we make our way to Wroxham for a cruise along the Norfolk Broads. Sail past stunning landscapes, whilst learning about the history and wildlife of the broads. After our 90 minute cruise we will make our way to the coastal town of Cromer. Enjoy a stroll along the traditional pier which the Government tried to destroy during WWII to prevent the enemies landing on it. You may see the surfers that come from far and wide to ride the waves of Cromer beach or if you fancy a spot of culture visit one of the many local museums.

Day Five - As we leave the beautiful Norfolk Broads behind and make our way back to Lincolnshire, we will call at Woodhall Spa. We will return to the coach mid-afternoon for the remainder of the journey.
